How to correctly dimension connector cutouts

Hi all,

At work I normally just use Plus/Minus style tolerancing for most of my drawings. However I thought I really should begin to use GD&T to increase the tolerance area. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could please point me in the right direction.

I am currently creating panels for mounting of connectors (see snapshot from datasheet below). The question I have is what is the benefit of using GD&T in this instance because we don't care about the smaller (screw holes) position in relation to datum plane/s on the edge of the mounting panel, we only care about their position in relation to the larger central hole. What would be the correct way of dimensioning the cutout so that we ensure that the connector can functionally fits. Do we create datum's about the centre marks of the larger circle and callout the true centre position of the screw holes with respect to the central hole?

Would greatly appreciate any help, thanks in advance
